Upload export files from your database searches (RIS, EndNote/.enw, PubMed/.nbib) — everything is read and analyzed in the browser, nothing is sent to any server. Run it again with new files whenever you do new searches.
These categories drive section 2 ("Rough topic categorization") below. A record matches a category if its title, abstract or keywords contain any of that category's terms. Changes are saved in this browser and reused next time you open this page — they don't reset when you load new files.
The database label is guessed from the filename/DB field — rename files on the upload screen if you want different labels.

Text matching against title + abstract + keywords — a record can belong to several categories, so the sum exceeds the total.
Want to see citations across all databases, not just what Web of Science happens to include? This fetches reference lists from OpenAlex (free, open API) — in batches of 50 DOIs at a time, right in the browser. Only works when this page runs outside Claude's preview (download the file and open it locally or from your own server — see note below).
Most-cited records — within selection counts links found above (CR field / OpenAlex); external is the total citation count from Scopus/Web of Science's own index (not limited to your selection); OpenAlex is that record's lifetime citation count from OpenAlex's own index (only available after you run the lookup below). Click a row to see citations over time where data is available.
Network of the citations found above (Web of Science reference lists + optionally OpenAlex). Node color = database, node size = number of connections. Click a node for details.
The most common subject terms (generic tags like "humans"/"female"/"article" are filtered out). Click a node to see matching records — click more for AND-filtering. Node size = frequency, link thickness = co-occurrence.
