Screening rule. Include an article if its venue has level 1 or higher in JUFO or the Norwegian Register (I1), or if it has no level in either list and is not on predatoryjournals.org (I2). Otherwise exclude: rated but below level 1, i.e. 0 or X (E1), or unrated and on predatoryjournals.org (E2).
